Welcome to the Port City Robotics Website!
Who we are: We are a group of volunteers who mentor young people as they learn to design, build and program robots, which are then taken to regional and national competitions. We foster a practical, collaborative, hands-on experience in science and technology which has proven invaluable to our students, many of whom have chosen to pursue a college education centered around STEM.
Where is our organization located: Southeastern North Carolina
Age of students on our teams: Our Lego Robotics team (Mechanical Mages) is made up of students in grades 6, 7 & 8. Our Robotics team is made up of students in grades 9-12. These teams are community based and therefore rely on Port City Robotics for administrative, legal and financial support.
